48-Hour Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness to all clients and allow for smooth scheduling, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours in advance of your booked session.
Cancellations Made With 48+ Hours’ Notice
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment more than 48 hours before your session, no fee will be charged. You may request a full refund or transfer your booking to another available date.
Cancellations Made Within 48 Hours
If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled session:
The full session fee is non-refundable.
Rescheduling is not guaranteed and will be subject to availability.
This includes cancellations due to non-emergency circumstances (e.g. change of plans, travel delays, mild illness, etc.).
No-Shows
If you do not attend your session and have not contacted us in advance, this will be considered a no-show. The full fee will be retained, and rebooking may require full payment in advance.
Exceptions
We understand that life can be unpredictable. In the case of emergency, illness affecting the dog or guardian, or severe weather conditions, we will do our best to offer flexibility or reschedule your session. Supporting documentation (e.g. vet note) may be requested where appropriate.
For Outdoor or Home Sessions
If your session is weather-dependent or affected by unforeseen venue issues, we will contact you directly to rearrange or offer an alternative. You will not be penalised for cancellations due to unsafe or unsuitable conditions caused by us or the venue.
